The calligraphy centre is a main centre of Restu Foundation responsible for any activities related to calligraphy art. The centre has talented and skilful calligraphers in the fields of Arabic calligraphy and Jawi. Most of them have received several awards in calligraphy at national and international level.
The services and activities carried out by Calligraphy Centre are as follows:
Copying of Mushaf : The centre has already completed copying six Mushafs.
Calligraphy Works : The centre reeives orders to perform calligraphy on various mediums such as paper, ostrich eggs, elephant’s tusks, woods and more.
Seal Art : different Islamic designs are implemented in this type of art to create seals that resemble old Islamic designs.
Other Services : Other services this centre provides include copying of old Mushafs, writing calligraphy on walls of buildings, mosques etc, and providing consultancy services and calligraphy workshops.
